How Limeledge handles information when you use this website, contact the organization, or follow links to outside services.

Privacy at Limeledge

Limeledge aims to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the organization and communicate with visitors, volunteers, supporters, and partners.

Information You Choose to Provide

The website provides public Contact and E-Newsletter signup forms. If you use the Contact form, Limeledge receives the contact information and message you choose to provide. If you subscribe to the Limeledge E-Newsletter, Limeledge collects the email address you voluntarily provide.

Third-party services used to operate forms, process donations, deliver newsletters, or provide other linked services may process information under their own privacy practices.

Website Services

Technical Information

The website is hosted by third-party infrastructure providers. Those providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, and request or security logs.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect public forms from automated abuse and may process technical information needed to provide that protection.

Limeledge does not currently run first-party analytics or advertising tracking on the site. Embedded third-party services may set their own cookies or use similar technologies under their own practices.

Embedded and Linked Third-Party Services

Google My Maps is embedded on the Explore page, and Givebutter is used for online donations through outbound links. External websites and services have their own privacy practices.

When you interact with an embedded map or follow an external link, the third party may receive technical information or account and payment information according to its own policies.

Communications and Giving

Email and E-Newsletter

Email inquiries may be retained as needed to respond, maintain organizational records, and follow up on requests.

Newsletter subscriptions and delivery are managed through EmailOctopus, which processes subscriber information on Limeledge's behalf. New website subscriptions use double opt-in, so subscribers must confirm their subscription by email.

Subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Limeledge does not sell subscriber information. Learn more in the EmailOctopus Privacy Policy.

Donations

Online donations are processed through Givebutter. Payment information is handled by the payment and donation provider rather than directly by the Limeledge static website.

Limeledge may receive donor information made available by the provider for acknowledgment, recordkeeping, and donor relations.

Additional Privacy Practices

Children

The website is intended for a general audience, and its public forms are not designed specifically to collect personal information from children.

Data Sharing

Limeledge does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate services, process donations, communicate, or comply with law.
